We accept returns on all UNUSED products 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept ANY product that has been used, no exceptions to this rule.
Your item(s) must be in the original packaging that came to you and must be packaged to protect the product from damage while in shipment.
Your item(s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please first reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know that you would like to return an item. If the product was damaged during shipment, please include any photo’s that you have of the box conditions and the broken product. We will be happy to guide you further once we receive your email.
Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
Item(s), we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or the original method of payment that we have on file.
Once the refund has been processed, it typically takes up to 7 business days for the banks to put the funds in your account. This refund processing time is depending on your credit card issuer’s policies. If the funds have not reached your account within 7 business days after we advised you that it was send, we would suggest contacting your credit card company an inquire on the funds.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs from the original shipping is not refundable, only the cost of the product.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you received the “free shipping” offer, your returned item is subjected to a 10% restocking fee.
